Senior Manager, Marketing The Challenge: (a) Attract/ host potential Japanese investors to Vietnam, Hai Phong; (b) Negotiate offers/terms with Japanese prospects; (c) Assist new Japanese tenants to set up company and facility in Vietnam, Hai Phong; (d) Formulate short and long term marketing strategies to ensure timely delivery of PKIs; (e) Network with strategic partners (i.e. Japanese companies, IES Japan, JETRO, J-Trade Agencies, banks and service providers) to create awareness and generate interest in Vietnam, Hai Phong. Pre-requisites: (a) Native Japanese (b) Degree holder in Real Estate/or Economics/or Marketing/or Business Studies from a recognized / accredited University; (c) At least 5 years relevant experience in marketing or direct sales; (d) Excellent understanding of business strategies and planning; (e) Excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skills; (f) Ability to engage and deal with top management of MNCs and target customer accounts; (g) Mature, confident, resourceful, independent and sense of urgency in getting jobs done (h) Good working knowledge of MS application and internet-savvy; and (i) Willingness to travel. This will be increased to eighteen (18) days each year on the sixth year of service and twenty-one (21) days on the eleventh year of service onwards. Only fourteen (14) days unconsumed annual leave may be carried forward to one calendar year. Secondment Insurance Program during the period of this assignment Public holidays will be in accordance with local practice at the assignment location. Tax equalization: Continue to be liable for gstay at homeh taxes (or hypothetical tax). This estimated hypothetical tax will be calculated based on base salary and estimated personal exemptions and itemized deductions. The hypothetical tax is not remitted to the tax authorities but will be held by the company while company bears Vietnam Personal Income Tax for staff.
